Telephonists
2 years minimum commercial experience and be fully conversant on one or more of the following screen-based switchboards:
- Avaya
- ISDX - Screen Based
- Lucent
- Mitel SX2000
- MD 110 DNA
- Meridian Dirigent
Work permit

Receptionists
Front of house reception experience gained within city organisations. Must have:
- immaculate presentation
- a good voice
- excellent communication skills
- booking and hospitality desk experience
and be articulate and professional.
Customer Service
Telesales/Telemarketing Staff
- 6 months+ minimum commercial experience
- Sound track record
- Trainees (Good diction and the 'want' to sell)
- Work Permit
- CV and References
