		Job Title: Telephonist Job Ref: CO347 Hours: Permanent Location: Canary Wharf Salary: £23-23,500K Experienced Telephonist required for one of the worlds leading Investment Banks based at Canary Wharf. Covering the switchboard on a rota between 7am-9pm. Working within a team of 7, answering approx 2,000 calls per day on an Avaya screenbased switchboard. Also responsible for covering the Call board, on the Investment bankers floor taking upto 500 calls per day. All calls are to be announced, keeping itineries of the Bankers, floor plans, global directories, taxi bookings, forwarding confirmations and relaying accurate messages via text or Blackberry. Whilst covering this area you would be expected to work on rotas between 7am - 10.30pm.
